Registered Massage Therapy
In Canada, massage therapists who hold a provincial license to practice are known as Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs). They are primary healthcare providers in Ontario and people can visit an RMT for both acute and chronic conditions. If you have extended healthcare coverage you may have coverage for a number of massages per year.

An-ni Chien
Our Registered Massage Therapist, An-ni Chien, has advanced training and experience to help people with painful conditions and musculoskeletal injuries. If you’re experiencing issues such as tightness in your calf muscles, night cramps, headaches, or a tight or sore shoulder, our RMT can work on your muscle and fascia system to reduce tension and increase circulation of blood within your tissues. This will reduce adhesions in your soft tissues and thus promote healing.

Acupuncture is a component of traditional Chinese medicine in which very thin needles are inserted into the body. This technique can help with various things such as:
- Managing pain
- Emotional imbalances
- Weight loss
- Menstruation
- Fertility
If you have extended health care, we’re able to provide acupuncture services for you with direct billing, so you don’t need to worry about dealing with your insurance company. We’re here to help you enjoy your treatment and healing experience.

Custom-Made Orthotics
Custom-made orthotics are a specific type of insoles, designed just for you.
Many of the musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions people have are caused by foot posture. Poor foot mechanics can negatively affect the way you stand or walk, resulting in your body compensating to overcome these changes. This strains many of your tissues and increases your risk of one or more orthopedic conditions.

Patients with plantar fasciitis aren’t the only people who need orthotics. People with issues such as low back pain, neck, or hip injures can also benefit from custom-made orthotics.
Our therapists can assess your foot mechanics, analyze your gait (the way you walk), and design high-quality orthotics for you to help reduce the pressure on your joints and your spine.
